From Naples to Your Table
'MellowFiberGlade started with a humble vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, we opened our doors as a quaint, family-operated eatery, boasting recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza-making on her travels across Italy, specifically learning from the renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her journey, she aimed to replicate the essence of quintessential Italian pizza, strictly adhering to long-established practices and selecting the finest ingredients.
What opened as a modest eatery with just 12 seats has evolved into a much-admired neighborhood gem, however, our dedication to craftsmanship and genuineness has stayed constant. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough in-house each day, and carefully choose the top-tier ingredients for our dishes.
Currently, 'MellowFiberGlade' is still in the hands of our founding family, with the descendants of the Bianchi lineage actively managing our enthusiastic workforce. While we have adopted new innovations, the essence of our work remains undisturbed: to deliver luscious, bona fide pizza that unites everyone around the table.
